Thanks to over 30 years experience acquired through the installation of its hot air generating units for paper, cellophane, PVC, synthetic fibre, clothes, etc., drying systems and its VOC removal systems, ITAS developed its technologies in the optimization field of air circuits containing VOC or water with the aim to reduce energy consumption and exhaust polluted air volumes along the process.

INTERVENTION FEATURES
- optimization of circulation within the plant by utilising adjusting equipercentage valves produced by ITAS
- installation of suitable L.E.L. analyzer
- replacement of indirect diathermic oil, steam or electrical heating systems, with its direct gas heating system
- installation of IR burners in order to increase drying capacity and production machine speed
